Leadership Archetypes – Powering up Leaders’ Blind Spots
Fri. 26 March 2023
19.15 – 21.00 Athens, GR time (CET+1)

The workshop will present a unique leadership coaching model call the Leadership Matrix (see below). The model is based on archetypes – universal human energies. The core principle is that every leader is different and therefore will have different combinations of strengths and weaknesses. The coaching process not only helps a leader identify their own unique mix of qualities, but also ways to apply this learning to practical business decision making.

The model is based on two books by Robert Steinhouse: Think Like an Entrepreneur and Mindful Business Leadership.

The benefits for those who attend:
The saying ‘you don’t know what you don’t know’ or ‘what is the difference that makes the difference?’ is the benefit of attending the session:
From leading a business to managing your home and personal finances, people often have unhelpful beliefs which prevent them from reaching their potential. The model is designed to identify these blocks and provides a new way to reframe them. The statements ‘leadership is a waste of time’; ‘sales is disreputable’ or ‘finance is incomprehensible’ are common and unhelpful beliefs about business. Being able to identify and reframe these can unleash new opportunities and bring enormous benefits.

about Robert Steinhouse

Robbie is one of Britain’s leading NLP trainers and coaches. He delivers all of the training at NLP School in London and is also on the faculty at NLP University in California. In addition to being an NLP Master Trainer he is also an ICF certified coach and his work ranges from delivering in-house leadership programmes to coaching private clients across the world.
Starting in the 1980’s, Robbie built and ran businesses in recruitment, property and insurance. As these grew, he found an ever-increasing need for more than just commercial skills, both for himself and his team.

He also found a bewildering range of psychological and personal development models on offer. The material that he discovered to be (by far) the most useful was NLP, especially when linked to Transactional Analysis, Mindfulness and the Coaching approach. His passion for the human dimension of business led him to give up his executive role and focus on training and coaching in 2002.
His authorship includes the books, Think like an Entrepreneur, Brilliant Decision Making, How to Coach with NLP, e-book Making Effective Decisions & Mindful Business Leadership.
